new to site and genre

I just happened upon a vid last night on youtube and then linked to 3-4 companies. Always had a fascination of quicksand when growing up and hadn't really thought to look for it as an adult. Seeing some of these vids has brought back my interest, or really just started it. Who is really current on content? I see some of the sites up, but not sure if they make anything currently?
Are there any sites the allow you to download for a monthly fee? Probably so many other questions since I am a newbie. Will start investigating more.

You have definitely come to the right place. Check the producers' area (first six forums here on QSF) to see who is currently offering what. You will also find links to their respective websites and announcements regarding any new material.
Have fun and welcome!

Thanks for the greetings and recommendations. Wish I came across this years ago. Certainly a lot to catch up on.
Might have tried to do some work myself. Hopefully will be doing sites down the road different from this if I can get going(once i figure out what it takes). Now that I looked around, I may have to try this on the side. Very cool stuff.

All the producers involved in supporting this forum have been actively filming this year. And some others as well.

Seriously, welcome. This is a very well moderated site with a lot of contributors that augment the upper bracket producers. You should be able to find a lot here.

I appreciate the welcome and offers to help. I wanted to think of some other things to ask, but checking out most of the links. See quite a few must haves already.
Anyway wondering about finding video samples for studio588. The have quite a few vids of their own, but not sure I came across any samples. Also wondering about 2 of the studios and there websites. DIDVP seems to be down for now and the link to Duncan Edwards is no good.
I can say atm the slow sink is my favorite. Would love to see more vids like the one that made me look more. It was Devil Clown Krystal quicksand. The way it goes from ankles to full sink was nice. Is that video available to purchase anywhere? Only seen it on youtube.
That's what I will be looking for to start. Also the jumping in to the pit immediately up to the waist or higher was cool. So far that's all I have seen with that thru samples, not sure where it goes from there in some.
Probably will start by joining Club MPV and hope they have some vids from quicksand visuals(which is the same company, different type i assume). "Alone in the quicksand" seems like a good first DVD to buy and the UMD site is something I need to check out more.
BTW I live in northern New Jersey, but might be moving if I decide to try my hand at my own websites. Right now I have no clue how or where to start. Like I was also saying, this genre seems cool to try, but having locations I see is key, or a good studio. I must admit I got hooked very quickly by all this.

For samples look on the individual producer forums. Samples are also available through Youtube, Dailymotion, and Artbreak.

Thanks Fred. I love your site, and will be looking to get some of the DVDs. I was just curious because you have some great screenshots, but would love to see some of it in action. The "Tales of Quicksand 21" video is on my list. The picture of Hannah (Zorro's girlfriend) girl jumping into the pit has me wondering how deep she goes in.
Also see you have Natalie Mynx(loved her DVD from JB Video) and a few other of models I am starting to learn about. I am curious since most of the locations are not near LA or anything. Do some of the bigger name models come looking for work, did you request them? How much are the rates for some of these women(ballpark figure, can private message me, but understand if that's something you don't like to give out). I am still young enough to try and make a start at some of this and getting more inspired by the minute. Again great work, wonderful pits and facility you have there.
Thanks for you help.
