I for one enjoy the peril and not the erotic. Not to get off topic but to me, erotic sinking has a false premise to general quicksand lore. Quicksand is supposed to be unescapable, dangerous, and even deadly. So to see a female enjoying her sink in quicksand with no means or wants of escape seems kind of unnatural in itself. What also bothers me is when an actress is in a so called quicksand pit and she slowly sinks all the way under and voluntarily bobs back up a few seconds later. To me that kills the reality of my fantasy (if that makes sense ).
