As much as I would love to do something like that, money is the main issue. That, and privacy. And being all the way up here in Scotland.

I don't live there...got to admit, though, that when I see a spot of land in an industrial area that's for sale and it hasn't been developed, I think...
"Wow, I wish I had money...to hire a crew of tough, cute construction workers with shovels...and to buy a big thick pit liner...and I'd order about $500 worth of bentonite clay...then I need to set up water service and a hose...and I'll feed that thing to the perfect thickness of sinkability."
