I've enjoyed his postings over the years and more often than not, he has been the voice of reason.

Thanks, I think so too.

My social skills aren't what they used to be (there's still hope though ).

This change will give me additional piece of mind (regarding the board) that I haven't enjoyed for a while.

Viridian is good and this is good.
Just so long as it doesn't cut into his story-writing time. Cannot ever put into words how awesome his stories are.
Uh oh, I can't compliment his stories anymore without feeling like artificially trying get on his good side

I admit, I'm a little disappointed with my production rate. I'm a stickler for originality and quality and I've gone through and scrapped many draft ideas. In the meantime, real-world commitments have taken more of a hold, and I've been starting up my own sporting-related YouTube channel, which is also taking more time.

I do have several works in progress, including a mini-thesis based on my experiences in writing quicksand fiction.

Congrats - I have enjoyed his writing for several years now - good contributor. Welcome.
