I'm a little late to this party but 1977 was a good summer for me and Dave Prowse. Yes, there was Star Wars that blew my 15 year old mind right out the window and there was The People That Time Forgot. This was also with a masked Dave Prowse as the axe swinging executioner. Most of what I found fascinating about that movie involved Dana Gillespie but you get the idea. Great guy. Lived well and did good work. Very cool.
