Why is it so difficult?!

Hi all!

Some members know that I was busy making account on alertpay.com to download two movies on umd.net (Ann in quicksand 1 and another)
So I spend a phone talk to the bank because I needed a SWIFT and IBAN code, I received the code but I had to choose wich type account bank.
I recalled the bank but they gave me a phone number from paypal (I thought: What the fuck has paypal to do with this )
I called paypal and excactly as I thought: They don't know of alertpay
So when I finally made a bank account I tried to deposit $15, I received a email that had to go to the bank to let them send a cheque to alert pay.
I thought: Isn't there a way to depose money in one time?
So I canceled the $14 and tried to depose 36 euro's, thesame email: Go to your bank, BUT I needed dollars not euro's.
So I canceled the euro's and tried again to depose $15, again thesame mail: Go to your bank.
SO yesterday I entered the bank and asked if they know alertpay: Same answer as on the phone: They don't know what it is.
So they said I had to go to a special store in another city (not for away) to send a cheque to alertpay, they were absolutely sure they could help .
Today I enterd that store, and asked if they know alertpay, DAMN SAME ANSWER ! They also don't know alertpay.
The woman said: No, I'm sorry. We don't know what that it is and we don't send money to these locations because we don't TRUST organisations like that .
I thought: You don't trust that? I'm not the only fuckin (Sorry for curse) one who sends money to alertpay and besides I trust alertpay more then my own queen.
So came with the idea to buy a credit card, but if I bought one directly I had to pay 100 euro to start a credit card, I thought: Jesus! Why don't they just send $15 to alertpay so that I can pay my quicksand videos!
Why is it in my country (Netherlands) so difficult to send some little money to foreign country's ? I'm not a criminal , i'm not the king , i'm not a special person or something..what the fuck....
I don't if it's legal if someone could put the movie on this forum otherwise I don't have choice but to buy a credit card because I want to see that video (ann in quicksand and another one)

In the U.S. all you need is a checking account and you can get a debit card that functions like a regular Visa or Mastercard and costs virtually nothing. That may change now that the government thinks they have told the banks what to do and the banks are responding by changing fees on everything else. But for now anyway, it's relatively cheap and easy.

Thanks for the comments , I guess i'll have to wait for a job, because I don't feel to pay 100 euro for just $15.
But if I see the photo's of Ann in quicksand on umd.net i'm starving to see that movie
