I don't want anything toxic. Now, if it's just clay or something mud, even if it's warm or hot, I'm thinking that may be OK.

I wonder what's heating it? Not much volcanic activity in Nevada.
Definitely cool. Shouldn't be anything toxic about it. The bacteria that live in super hot mineral water wouldn't like the human body. Could probably drink it right out of the "tap".
