Got into a car accident a few days ago

Hey everyone! quicksand_for_life here! I hope everyone here is doing well. I ended up getting into a car accident on July 21 and it was with my mom's car as I can't afford a car of my own at the moment (I am working in online marketing but it hasn't really made me the big bucks yet...it takes times in this kind of business). As of now my mom's car is in the auto body shop and we have a rental car that we're currently sharing. Just so everyone knows I didn't suffer any injuries what so ever but the car took some damage as I got hit by a truck that was the size of a big U-Haul truck. It ended up losing its left tail light and a gas cover and most of the driver's side is damaged. It was still drivable surprisingly but I didn't want to take the chance of driving it to the auto body shop so I had it towed instead.
