Well, it was definitely https in the link that was sent to me. I checked three times. And what is the difference anyway?

And why is it that when I edit my link supra to http, it STILL comes up as unavailable?

There's something about all this I don't get. Well, there's an awful lot about this I don't get, actually...



Edit: No. I am a total klutz and typed o instead of O. Nothing to do with http(s) at all. I am a total idiot, I am a total idiot, I am a total idiot...

In the good old days, the zero would have a diagonal line through it to differentiate it from an "oh".

BTW, I simply entered "chainmail bikini" in the YouTube search, and found the hilarious clip there. Then, when I posted the link, I discovered the http/https discrepancy between the link I provided and the original one. I didn't catch the 0/o discrepancy, however, since I didn't look for any others after I caught the first one. Looking at the keyboard, it is easy to see how those letters could get switched around, since the "o" key is just on the lower left of the "0" key.

Unless it is impossible for some reason, and unless its from an untrusted source, I always do a cut and paste on links rather than re-typing them. This avoids transcription errors. Of course it could be dangerous (I think) in the case of a malevolent person sending a malware link altered to look legitimate but I would never click on something blind.

I always do a cut and paste on links rather than re-typing them.

Unfortunately, cut-and-paste is a skill I've never been able to master.
