If the co-pilot did this deliberately I'd say this is MURDER. If he climbed into a plane ALONE,and killed only HIMSELF then it's suicide.

And if they can't find any ideological reasons,or political ones it ain't terrorism.

FYI AvHerald has shut down comments for now, since they went absolutely apeshit with some the volleys being exchanged, from either side frankly. But the number of apologists in the face of hard facts, has really kicked them in the balls, permanently. Even here, some fucking retard was on trying to sell "oh, it could have been "______________________" insert utterly pile of retard shit here. To the extent he was fucking LYING about how the cockpit entry/override code functions. Cocksucker

:shock: :cry: :evil:

Maybe we need to do some tests on pilots before they board. Test their reaction to silver, cold iron, or Holy Water on their skin (when they don't know if its real or a substitute) and insult their mother/sister/manhood in a language they don't know. Stuff like that. Much as I hate to be superstitious, there is a pattern emerging here. Sudden personality change, a snap without warning, kill as many innocents as possible, then yourself.

The spooky part about this one is the copilot's absolute silence through the whole thing. No "I'm mad as hell and I can't take it any more!", no "Death to the (insert group)!", no "Sic semper tyrannis!", no "Allah u ackbar!", no last words, no prayers, nothing. That is dead effing creepy, that is. The guy either had nerves of steel and ice in his veins- or a "passenger."

Being a murderous asshole who is consciously concealing mental problems is hard to counter. You may need better screening in tests, like SAC-old kind of exams. Or go back to the 3-man cockpit. He was no 'passenger' - his breathing is on the cvr to the end along with all the other horrors , and he reset the autopilot alt hold mode to 96ft - its lowest setting

I even heard someone say that he was hypnotized by illuminati operatives!

Probably an Alex Jones fan.

Actually you can count the number of times this has happened on the fingers of one hand.

People who actually go through with suicide rarely do it in a way that attracts attention until the act is done. They just do it when something finally pushes them over the edge. This guy saw the last bit of his normal life going down the drain thanks to mental illness and just said "fuck it, I'm out". It sucks that he took a bunch of people with him but Bart is right, it's just a more sensational version of driving off a cliff.

Shooting random people until being shot himself?
Entering the highway on the wrong lane and searching for a random target?

Same intention, different method.

DONT be obtuse;

The number of times a PILOT or member of the FLIGHTCREW has taken control of the aircraft and crashed intentionally.......
