What we deserve is to not be victimized further by this guy by having millions of our tax dollars spent on caring for him for the next 40 years or so. Take him out back and put one between his eyes and be done with it.

Also You want to talk cruel and unusual this guy will be housed in solitary. 23 hours a day staring at the walls of what amounts to a walk in closet. 45 minutes of exercise a day in another somewhat larger closet and a shower every three days. Personally after about a month of that I'd ask to be shot.

Some of my taxes have been feeding and housing Ian Brady - one of the vilest examples of "humanity" ever to draw breath - ever since I receieved my first pay cheque mumble years ago. Better that than have him judicially murdered in my name. It's the price of civilisation.

I don't know what Kham's opinion is, but I think Bales should have gotten the death penalty, as well. Unfortunately, he was able to make a plea deal to take the death penalty off the table. I guess the prosecutors wanted to go for the sure thing over the remote possibility of an acquittal.

Let me cut through any haze: Hassan is a murdering islamonazi cocksucker who is in line to be executed under military law for the cold-blooded murder of 13 serving members of the US Army. As far as Bales, he chose to plead guilty to avoid the death penalty. And completely different case, took place in a war zone, and sounds like a very messy situation.

I agree with DG--what's good for the goose is good for the gander. If anything what Bale did was even more fucked up. At least wheels went after soldiers.
