I thinkk Bsink was right. I remember reading about this about week ago but remembered it wrong.
Studio 588 currently offers more than 2200 different HD and QD quicksand videos and has supported production of well over 2400 video scenes and other projects by 20 different producers. Info may be found at:

OK, I was partly right. According to Wikipedia, President kennedy announced that he did not intend to eat it, which is apparently sometimes interpreted as the first pardon. But Reagan was the first to use the term.
