The F-35 shouldn't be going anywhere but a target range to be used as Raptor food but that's a whole other argument. :roll:
I doubt the A-10 is going anywhere until they find a suitable replacement, which will probably be to produce more A-10's.

That wouldn't hurt my feelings at all, they are fun to watch 8-)

I remember hearing that just before the first Gulf War, the A-10 was scheduled to be retired, but performed so well during Desert Storm, especially in the massive retreat by the Iraqi Arm out of Kuwait when the Republican Guard realized they were getting their asses handed to them, the plan was put on hold. The main road out of Kuwait was described as a bloody and smoking shooting gallery.
