think a producer just gave her(the pornstar Belluchi) that name for a film or two, maybe to create buzz.

It happens all the time. Until they become big stars or at least well known regulars they can change names for every performance. Some have different names depending on the type work they are doing. While some ladies have done all kinds of stuff the only three regular, relatively big name, "hardcore porn" artists that have worked in our genre that I can think of are Lena Ramon, Paris Kennedy, and Francesca Le.
