The more you read , the more that case is screwed up. There is no doubt he knew what he was doing, fer chrissakes, he went back -- and then tried to burn the bodies. It makes you wonder, what was the prosecution thinking? This would have been as much of a slam dunk getting the penalty as Hassan was.
