Re: Monique Gabrielle Part 1

Monique Gabrielle is probably better known for her role in the Tom Hanks vehicle Bachelor Party than for her later career as a Scream Queen. Some of Monique’s other well known B-movies were Evil Toons, Deathstalker 2, Emmanuelle 5, Transylvania Twist (with Brinke Stevens), and Silk 2. My favorite Monique movie was Scream Queen Hot Tub Party, although that was due to Brinke more than Monique. I think Monique’s best “Brinke-less” movie was probably Angel Eyes, which co-starred Erik “CHiPs” Estrada. Monique had a sexy lesbian scene in it and turned in a fairly decent performance as a psycho.

Re: Anne Randall, Part 1

I started not to include Anne Randall for two reasons. One is I wanted to praise the ladies who really had long careers and provided us with a lot of entertainment, and Ms. Randall really only had one noteworthy B-movie, the very entertaining Stacey from 1973. However, that B-movie is a very important B-movie for one reason: it was the first fictional film directed by Andy Sidaris and set the formula for the movies he would make in the 1980s. In fact, Andy would practically remake Stacey as Malibu Express, although the private eye in it was a male. Anne Randall, who played Stacey, is quite obviously female, and since she is the first “Sidaris girl,” I felt compelled to include her.

For anyone who has my fetish for hot girls driving hot cars, Anne Randall does spending a lot of Stacey wheeling around in a very pretty 1973 Corvette.

Oh, the other reason I had doubts about including Anne was that most of the pictures of her I found were from the 1960s, and I didn’t really like the heavy make-up and thick hairspray. Her hairdo on some of these photos looks hard enough to deflect bullets. Generally, I like the straight hair and more natural make-up from the 70s. Still, she was a very pretty lady, and I hope everyone enjoys the peak at her.

Here is the trailer for Stacey

In seduction or slaughter, Stacey always scores!

Thanks, but most of these are webfinds, so I have to thank the original posters. I do have A LOT of B-movies, but not as many as I had back in the glory days of VHS. Actually, I only have the autographs of two B-movie actresses, Linnea Quigley and Brinke. I couldn't tell you how many autographed pics, magazines, etc. I have of Brinke. I don't think I can count that high!

It should be fairly straightforward to convert the VHS to something that can be put on a DVD or computer video file.
