Re: NHL Playoffs 2015
Rangers show up, and nearly blow it , but hang on to win 4-3 and force Game Seven in NYC on Wednesday. The big delay between games I donno, might screw the Rangers, lose any momentum they now have.

The Flames are a young team; and will make a young team's mistakes. And they did. Again. And it cost them the game, Again.
3-2 final as Anaheim takes the series 4-1. Western final is now set, Chicago @ Anaheim, but they have to wait for the east to close out before they get underway. I taking the Hawks in 6

Tampa hasn't lost 3 in a row all year; they still havent. A decisive 4-1 victory tonight over Montreal to win the series 4-2
All Tampa's big guns showed up, Stamkos got a goal, and Bishop was Bishop.
Now they wait for who wins game seven tomorrow in NYC.

Re: NHL Playoffs 2015
The Rangers face an almost identical set of problems that the Canadiens faced; great goaltending BUT a lack of goal scoring in the playoffs. In Montreal's case it was a problem all year, and the thing they MUST address over the summer or they aint never going further than rounds one or two. You can't just have Pacioretty, and no one else that scores goals. The last game made that so clear a novice watching hockey for the first time would have gotten. Tampa, is in as good a place as any team in the playoffs could be; start on the road, underdogs, just need one win and the ball's in their court. And they got a TON of talent that is now firing on all cylinders.
Out west , it will either be a chessmatch, or a ball-busting end to end war with no prisoners asked or taken. Two teams top-heavy on talent, both having great goaltending, and stars that just KNOW when to score. The Ducks are slightly bigger, but the Hawks are THE playoff team. No guarantees. But I sticking with the Hawks

My three predictions:
1. I will be right on at least two of these three predictions.
2. Tampa Bay will win in four or five games in this round.
3. The team that scores the most goals in a game will win each game.

Re: NHL Playoffs 2015
Round three is underway, led by the weekend shitty afternoon games. God Damn the fucking retard NHL and NBC with their shitass noon games. NY won game one, with a lackluster affair which Moore scored a lucky goal late just stepping out of the box. The Hawks lost today 4-1 in a game which even the colour guys noted the idiocy of having a game at noon. It just shouldnt be allowed. Hockey players, like most professional atheletes have their thing, and how things go. Usually hockey players have the thing with the morning skate, then a nap in afternoon, then the team dinner where everyone loads up on the favourite meal of the day for the game. Cant do THAT now when you might get the morning skate then breakfast, then its game time. God spare us ![Rolling Eyes ](./images/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif)

Re: NHL Playoffs 2015
Game 2 in the east goes tonight, with the remaining games AFAIK all at normal, non-retard times...
A side note, Canada won the gold at the World IIHF Championship in Prague yesterday, with a dominating 6-1 victory over the Russians; Team USA took the bronze. What makes the slight kerfuffle, is that the Russians, with the exception of Ovie, Gino Malkin, and Tihkonov, left the ice before the playing of the National Anthem, as is normal protocol. Now, Tretyak is trying to spin this is some sort of confusion, but, who the fuck are you kidding, Vlad?? This has been a thing in International and Olympic Hockey, for as far back as when you were a fucking player for Red Army, so spare me the fucking bullshit.Worse, most of your guys play in the KHL, which means they fed in from the NHL, so they arent from some village in outer Siberia. They KNOW the protocols. You got ass raped ok? Watched it live. And you lost both in Sochi and Vancouver. Enough with acting like widdle Baaaaawwwwyy not having his toys. You guys are supposed to be bigger than that. But right now, I only see 3 guys who show class, and they always have.
