Really shitty sitution. Apparently the guy had PTSD and just snapped. They need to start screening these guys better when they come back from overseas and get them help if they need it.
I'll ask the same question I asked after the first one.....why are these trained professional soldiers not allowed to be armed while on a military base?!?! This guy roamed around shooting people at will for FIFTEEN MINUTES before encountering someone who was armed and could fight back.
