Here, this could be a mix of captains from the Caine Mutiny, Mr Roberts, and perhaps a bit of Operation Petticoat thrown in. But as Sal says, where the hell was the Wardroom during this floating disaster? Or the Goat Locker?? Jesus, on the one hand, it was a miracle no one was killed, but this all could have been cured by ONE PHONE CALL.
