Are there any other Laura Gemser fans on the board?

Just curious. Laura is an Indonesian actress best known for the Black Emanuelle series in the 1970s. The films were regulars on Showtime, The Movie Channel, and Skinemax back in the 1980s and 1990s. I think she is the most beautiful B-movie actress of the 70s, and maybe the 2nd most beautiful B-movie actress ever, after a certain someone who rose to fame in the 1980s.
I just curious if anyone else liked her or even knows who she is.

I think we agree on number 1.

Probably so....but since I've posted too much about her in my time here, I thought I would allow her to remain nameless

To be honest, I thought everyone here would recognize her from the photo....I can't believe you had to check the file name.
Of course, I think this is proof positive of just how gorgeous ol' nameless is. She's hijacked Laura's thread and poor Laura hasn't even gotten a mention from one of the other posters.

She definitely got my attention, back in the day.
I can't recall, exactly. But she may have been in a rare mud scene in one of the Emanuelle movies. There was a scene that involved a swing, possibly rain, and a sexually charged romp in some nice looking mud. The scene was missing from some subsequent releases of the movie. I may stumble across it some day in my VHS library, but I was wondering if you know of the scene in question.
Thanks,
Dave

I like her. She's got... well... a pretty smile.

That scene isn't ringing a bell with me, but it has been a while since I saw some of the series. It definitely was not in one of the movies that I've revisited recently. There was a quicksand scene in Emanuelle and the Last Cannibals, but it was Mónica Zanchi and not Laura, unfortunately.
Glad to see a couple of other folks on here liked her. Thanks for posting.

I know the scene very well. I believe it was from "Emanuelle's Amazon Adventure". I'll find it. There's another bit in there I love too.

Yes I know Laura Gemser and I was always hot for her. Discovered her on late night Skinemax back in the early 80's.

I recall seeing Emmanuelle and the Last Cannibals but not Emmanuelle's Amazon Adventure. Could the latter be an alternate title? In the Last Cannibals there was a quicksand scene but Ms. Gemser was not the one sinking. I wonder if the scene described by Dave might be a second scene that was perhaps cut from a latter release?
