Bad week for shipping.
FAIL on christ knows how many levels, headwork, shiphandling, failing to understand interaction, bank suction, squat, cant.....as well as just being a fucking moron. This is literally no different than some fuckhead screaming past you on the highway then cutting in front and having to brake for his exit, like , now. The kind you want to see all four tires explode and they roll into a flaming ball. Personally, I wouldn't fucking dial 9-1-1 ......

I'm sure there's some fairly substantial ballast involved, but the phrase "Top-heavy" does spring to mind.

"I'm sorry, sir, but your priority shipment? Three of the containers got, umm, sort of smashed. No, not just dented, pretty much flattened. And then, err, umm, they kind of fell overboard. Right now, they're, uh, sort of at the bottom of the Suez Canal. But it's okay, we found one of them!"

Beats losing 4 or 500 of them in mid-Pacific, sorta, which has happened; will try and remember the link to a site showcasing marine and other insurance disasters. Literally forgotten it so will have to do some research

I remember reading somewhere that it's actually pretty common for these types of ships to lose a container or two overboard during a trip, especially if they hit weather.
