Hype is one way to put it, but you can use far harsher, old-fashioned sailor-talk in short order. The mere fact that blithering cocksuckers of this magnitude are still allowed to live is likely a gross mistake. Again, it will take sailors getting incinerated to sort this, and all the guilty parties will be scattering like fucking cockroaches
