He mentions starting to hallucinate and not remembering stuff. Having had somewhat the same experience with a Scorpion pepper I believe him. When you're brain starts sending you uncontrollable messages that you're on fire you'll do some crazy shit to try putting it out lol.

Actually, if you delete the milk that's an awesome idea. Melt chocolate, dip them, allow to cool, enjoy. Works great with Habeneros but you can adjust to your desired heat level. Fun treat for parties if you're looking for something unique just make sure to leave a warning note depending on the heat level.
