Their citizens can serve in the United States Armed Forces. The US Postal Service delivers their mail. The pentagon dicksuck asskiss boys have been shouting all day how 'it's not a US flagged ship' and more recently their fuckhead lawyers have somehow determined that 'is under no obligation..." blah blah blah fucking cocksuck legal shit.

Fact is, Michio Kaku (yeah that guy, before he went insane for UFOs...) in his first book on nuclear-war-fighting, the last part of the various strategies touches on dealing with an opponent who is non-rational. It clearly states that normal reactions may not be counted on when dealing with such an adversary. In other words, deterrence, and the concept of Assured Destruction (yes, THAT is the correct term, the media fuckwits came up with MAD...) have no impression on them. Therefore the strategies involved remain unknown.
