Latest from the Hickok Compound

Postby kham » Wed Jul 15, 2015 10:56 pm

Some updates from the hills of Tennessee :)

.357 Magnum Tribute 80 YEARS! That is quite the selection of Magnums there. Any one of which would want :D Complete with some fireworks, too ! 686, or that old Model 19 looks beautiful

Micro Draco AK47 Pistol Yeah, sure , thats a carry sized piece :D

Range Officer Compact vs Standard 5-inch 1911 It's .45ACP so , all good  Do like the new grips he has on his Series 80 1911

Ruger Mini Thirty Basically the Mini-14 in 7.62 x 39mm. Lot of still fires, from what seems to be crappy surplus ammo/light striking firing pin. I donno, If wanted to shoot AK rounds, I'd get an AK or SKS

Daniel Defense M4 A1 SOCOM Chapter 2 Over on the Chapter 2 range

Shooting The Breeze # 2 Another try at the new look, instead of just the radio type show :) Think you could spend a week exploring that room there

Do they make a duel shoulder holster for the Micro Draco? I like to duel wield.
Seriously though it's useless and stupid till you put a stock on it. Then you have a door-kicking close quarters autocannon. Needs one of those Sig Saur "Wrist Braces".

Yeah, controlling the thing would be a serious issue. Hell, he's done dual-wielding MP40's at least once :) but thats a lighter round and balanced better. Plus DOES have a stock. Never tried it with an MP5 but same deal, and probably way easier for balance.

Just up now:

HK USP Tactical 45 Suppressed Heard about these a lot, but first time ever seen one in action. 12 rounds of .45ACP and he wants more :D C'mon Man, its not a Glock :P Really hear the gong now

The problem is you can't put a foregrip on it. If you could get positive control with both hands it would be a moderately accurate CQB gun. Stupid SBR laws......
