Quicksand Fans

At the National Muzzle Loading Rifle Association annual meeting. Always quite the event for not just the shot show stuff and long-distance stuff with the old iron, but the period stuff on sale and the re-enactors who camp out for the week using only period clothing and gear. Might be fun, but I'm an old man these days who likes AC and ice in scotch

Here's a bunch of photos from the meet showing the various goodies for sale; think I could stand one of those tomahawks, and some of the period camping iron looks very cool to use.

Discovered the joys of cast iron cookware a few years ago, will never use one of those shitty aluminum/copper pans again.
