This is certainly not an endorsement for or against the Donald. Nor am I going to say much about my political leanings right now. But here's the question.

Is Donald Trump going to be the top choice of the American GOP?

There are lots of ways to speculate about this. But I asked this question to a very reputable, and somewhat reliable source.

I asked my Tarot cards!

Using a very simple, and direct spread I received a very affirmative answer.

The first card representing past issues, or waning influences, was the Four of wands. A very good card in tarot lore. Representing domestic tranquility, and stability. It also represents a buildup or result of positive labor. This seems to represent his career of building. This card also represents Venus in Aries.

The second card representing present, or the Now of the situation is The Star. This all but exemplifies his current status! He's the talk of all politicos right now. It shoes him front and center for bad or worse. His cup runs over just as in the card. This shows a quite positive condition for him.

The third card showing possible future status is The King of Wands. Another wand! Fiery energy, fuel for future endeavours. And also another sign showing Aries. This all but shouted t me that he will indeed be the GOP choice.

Now a disclaimer= the future is changeable. And I also by law have to say that this is ENTERTAINMENT even if I put faith in my readings. (And I do! I have over 30 different decks!) But being a semi-professional reader I have to say=

All three cards were very positive. Double Aries. A king n position 3 I'd be betting Trump will be competing with the democratic pick in 2016!

If someone would like a reading just ask.

It would be wise to read this topic's description
"No political or religious topics please. Otherwise, anything goes, as long as we treat each other with respect."

Well it must be OK with the moderators because all my comments are still on needing approval status. And several of my comments they didn't approve of didn't get through.

This thread wasn't meant to be political, it was more for me to yack about my Tarot reading.

And let's face it some politicians are funny as hell! The Donald is a treat for the ages. I'm still not totally convinced he isn't part TROLL doll. It would explain that god-damned hair!

i for one took this as a post about Tarot cards, and accept at face value Quixxsander's note this is not an endorsement...
but looking into my crystal ball, i foresee not discussing "my political leanings right now" extending into "not ever"

Beware the man who fakes a limp. The loud mouthed assholery is calculated to do two things: One, get him attention. Two, make the competition underestimate him.
Nobody who's as stupid as he acts gets to be a billionaire.

Yea, it's true, a very tiny percentage of the board membership creates the vast majority of the work for the admins and moderators. But that's what we do as a service to the community. We deal with it to keep the board relatively safe from trolling and flame baiting.

Uh, it's political.
