I do like the alternate title. I'd want in on some of that Bar action myself. I also wouldn't mind an additional rider to existing law, preventing any retiring naval officer from accepting ANY position with ANY contractor for a minimum of 10 years after date of retirement. On pain of summary execution. Call me vindictive, but I want the shills to BLEED
