Ask him if there are any spots available for you to rent his studio this season (doubtful, its mid August), then plan on a trip to Arkansas.
Between the rental fees and the trip, plan on spending a good amount of money.

Actually there ARE some time slots still open. between now and August 25 the rental fee is at the regular season rate but after that until closing on September 10 the daily rate is halved. The other costs would be just getting here, which can be hardly anything or a great deal depending on the starting point. Lodging and meals on site are included in the rental fee for the first two people.

I'm here in Upstate NY (Albany area.) Send me a PM or an Email, and we'll see if we can work something out.
If you want to shoot the scenes yourself and sell them yourself, we can work out a rental you can afford. Rental will include my services as a "Gofer", second camera operator, etc., use of the woods and the pits, warm water for cleanup, use of the shower, and my Lady Wife's excellent cooking. She cooks Vegetarian a lot, and can do Vegan no problem. Can't do lodging here as we're doing some renovation work, so you'd have to find lodging on your own. Also can't do ground transportation, so if you're not driving you'll need to rent a vehicle.
I know a local makeup artist and videographer who live close by, if you're interested in hiring either one. Good investment if you're going to sell the video commercially.
If you folks want to get paid instead of paying, we can probably work something out where I can pay your Lady a set amount to shoot a screen test.
If that goes well, I'll have the budget to pay her for a couple more scenes. If you folks have travel costs, you probably won't break even on the shoot, but it will be an inexpensive vacation. Once you're here, if you want to shoot some scenes on your own after we're done, there's no rental fee.
The weekend of August 27-28 is NOT available. Labor Day Weekend (September 3-5) is currently free; if I do end up doing a shoot that weekend, we can definitely work together or around each other. FYI airfares and hotel rooms are crazy expensive around holiday weekends.
After that, the weather should be suitably warm through the end of September here, and I don't have anything scheduled so far.

If this question was about Studio 588 the answer is yes. It can be rented for any legal purpose that does not involve damage to the facility itself or represent an unreasonable safety risk.
