Now, I'd eat beef pretty much above all other choices.
But this, just seems WRONG
Dutch restaurant serves up ‘My Little Pony Burger’ made from real horse meatProbably reduce some to incoherent screams

Just don't eat it

Well I think the title leaves a bit to be desired but I'd have no qualms about trying horse meat.

I tried a Buffalo burger on Catalina once. It was ok.
Puttin' meat between the buns is what it's all about. It's the American way. But then, why not go Dutch?

Eating horse, to many, would be like eating a dog. I'd eat my shoes before I'd eat a dog. My wife would eat me before a horse.

If they told you it was beef you probably would eat it and not know the difference. It has 4 legs and hooves just like all the other food groups.
To me pets and livestock are two different classifications of animal, even if they're the same species. I've had a house bunny for years but that hasn't stopped me from eating a few wild ones. Not in front of the house bunny though, that would be weird.

Yeah, I've had buffalo once or twice. I would not pay a premium for it.

My brother, a chef turned produce farmer, prepared some wild meat given to us from a friend, and the sample of Musk Ox was the most tasty and tender wild meat I ever ate!

What if it was a horse at The Restaurant at the End of the Universe, and it tried talking you into it?
Don't Panic

i have a friend who swears that White Castle burgers were MUCH tastier when they still contained some horsemeat... but they were told they could only use it if they told people openly "contains some horse"

My only complaint with horsemeat (and I love and work with horses) is that retired sport horses have generally been taking a LOT of veterinary meds labeled "not for use in animals meant for food." Horses for horsemeat have to be raised like cattle.
