This is a wonderful CBC reading of my favorite Christmas story and one of my favorite aviation stories, Frederick Forsythe's The Shepherd. If you haven't read the story before (or heck, even if you have) and have half an hour on your hands today or tomorrow, give it a listen. It's well worth your time.

It's a Christmas Eve tradition to have a reading of The Shepherd on CBC Radio. It must have been going on for decades. An amazing tale indeed.
