I dreamed these up on my own, just thought I'd share because they're apparently a hit......Time consuming to make but awesome. Recipe scales pretty easy so adjust the amount of ingredients you need as necessary.
Ingrediants:
Meatloaf, cooked and chilled in fridge for approx 24 hours (or however long it takes to cool off)
Thick cut bacon
Sliced Jalepenos
Toothpicks
Baseball Bat

1. Cut chilled Meatloaf into 2" cubes. Doesn't have to be perfect, just a 2" chunk.

2. Spread cubes on baking sheet(s)

3. Cut bacon into "chips" approx the same size as meatloaf chunks. Fry to medium crispy.

4. Toothpick a Jalapeno slice and a bacon chip to each meatloaf chunk.

5. Oven @ 200F (93C) for about 10-15 minutes till meatloaf chunks are warm through.

6. Serve warm.

7. Use baseball bat to fend off party guests when they demand you spend another hour in the kitchen shoving toothpicks through things. :D

Sounds very good. Combining complimentary flavors is always a good technique in the kitchen.

Sound pretty tasty :)
And you have big guns, c'mon :D

The demanders, threaten them with the No Snacks for You! thing, and give pretzels instead. They'll toe the line quick enough
