Caller ID software for PCs

Just wondered if there's any software out there that's designed to capture the Caller ID info that comes down your phone line (if you have your computer connected to your line through the wall jack) and display it on your screen in a pop-up, and even better, if the number comes without the name (e.g. cell phones, areas without name display), you can build your own database of names that it'll draw on to find a match.

Just seem to me in this day and age that it'd be a logical extra add on. In our home, we actually have three devices with number display, out of four phones used with any frequency (including my venerable old early 80s cartoon character phone).

You would think that somebody out there has that, I'm trying to remember...
I know Procomm Plus For Windows could do Caller ID, but that was a long time ago.
At one time there was a software version of the Daytimer planner/address book, and I want to say it had a phone dialer/ Caller ID screen with it, but I'm not sure.
Maybe try looking on CNET.com's downloads page.
I bet there's an app for it on the iPhone! (yuk, yuk)
