I've watched this guys vids before, his whole channel is full of fun shit like this.
When you set off an explosive in a contained environment (like in a bucket of oobleck) it amplifies the created compression wave, literally giving you more bang for your buck. I wrap my exploding rifle targets in duct tape to get the same result.
