From gCaptain

not a lot of information on the actual collision, mostly the actions after the collision by the crew and damage control, at a link. Some redactions. One useful piece of info on the document which shows the impact angle. It does clearly underline what we all were afraid of, leave it at that

As to the rest? Looks like you will eventually read about all the gory details, AFTER the ensuing Courts-Martial. And boy, is there gonna be a LOT

Guaranteed that the CO, XO and Master Chief are facing the ends of their careers. Best case for them is "promotion out of field" to some low responsibility desk job, depending on what sorts of strings they have left to pull.

I'm betting the bulk of the duty bridge crew is also in pretty deep trouble. Even with chain of command, this sort of situation should have provided exceptions to get the ship out of the way, and then back on course, even lacking a standing order from the CO or XO to do so. The deck officer is probably never going to be placed in a position of responsibility for peoples' lives ever again, even if they get to stay in the service. Whoever was supposed to be on lookout probably is just out.
