Now, this, is supposedly 2253, bugger the stardate which is just numbers and words
We see the Shenzhou - that's the ship they on for the entire 2-hr pilot (which they trying to not call a pilot, like we just jump in and know everybody...deep breaths) out on the edges of Federation space, repairing a relay sat in the subspace network. There is some question as to it was damaged by debris or someone blew holes in it. Now, one of the big deals, is supposedly no one has seen the Klingons in a hundred years (WUT?) No sightings, contacts, trader reports, zip - apparently they all gone into self-imposed exile (again WUT?) Not only is that completely out of character for the Klingon - space viking retards , or the Ford smart ones (Khomerex tel Khesterex) but hang on. A hundred years. Funny coincidence here. in 2154, late in year, the Empire was swept by the Augment Virus, which was cured by the Denobulan physician Phlox. 99 years ago, I'm willing to round up, okay. So you would have us believe, that right after Enterprise and Columbia left Klingon space, they all went and HID?
Never mind the space mortuary they have drifting hidden here, and with Klingons we've never heard or seen before. AND, remember when they said they were going to show the different houses? Different looks to Klingons , including the ones we all know? Well, that's a lie. They all looked more or less like these new guys. And for supposedly to be smarter, these guys are even more retarded. Start a war, just BECAUSE? How would you even know how things stand , in the galaxy now? Or that the Feds just might have jumped you in tech (which actually happened in the REAL TOS) Never mind their ships, which look NOTHING like any Klingon warship ever seen before, or in the future. Ever. Can't wait to see their answer, when someone asks, how come Starfleet doesn't have any Constitution-class ships here? Since they ARE in service, right now. But then the whole thing starts unravelling. The look. The uniforms. They could have done this in the -B or C era. And no harm likely done, no one would object. But doing prequel-messing again? You never learned a damn thing from Enterprise
