I am heartbroken. No joke. It will be morning before I can collect my thoughts on this.

I could go on and on with this one. We owe this man for making it possible for all of us to be here in this venue right now. As dated as it might now seem in this current age of psycho-hyper-sensitive political correctness his "Playboy" philosophy was the greatest act for freedom of speech and expression since the Bill of Rights.
And there were his contributions to roller disco. The man could actually roller skate which is another reason to think he's great. Can you imagine such a scene on broadcast network television today?
Playboy's Roller Disco and Pajama Party (1979)Mr. Hefner, from the bottom of my heart I thank you.

It's remarkable what you can find on YouTube... try this one, and after 3 minutes the Playmates get muddy...

One of my Dad's friends had a Playboy calendar hanging up in the paint booth of the garage he ran. No clue what year who the girl was, but she was a brunette and that was the first time I saw a naked lady. The Playboy logo will always go with that memory. Thanks Hef.....RIP.
