As I understand it, Social Credit was a short-lived political ideology that enjoyed some popularity in Europe between the two world wars; in Britain they had a paper called "Abundance" and their followers were called "Greenshirts"; their party motto was "Money Is A Lie". They enjoyed a revival in New Zealand in the 1980s. Apart from that, they don't seem to have had much impact; they never formed a government anywhere.
