All I remember is last year, must before April 1, Deep Sinking announced that they were going PG-13. Since it was very close to April Fools Day, I assumed it was a joke, but we all know how that turned out.

Glad everybody is here thought. :D

If you really want to discuss Deep Sinking, do it over there.

I, for one, am finally feeling like this is home - and not the proper place to re-live or re-hash the past.

I agree with Dave. This is home; the past belongs in the...past.

Ahh, yeah, I'm responsible for THAT little photofake.

I was more than happy to work on Stefani's image. She was wonderful to work with. She was beautiful, talented, professional, and did a few little things for us that were above and beyond the call of mere "model duty".

If a producer could really clone that many Stefs to be in their shoot, that producer would be in Quicksand Heaven!

Lest anyone misunderstand what Nessie meant by "beyond the call" here are a few things that Stef and/or other models have done that is in that category:

1. Volunteered to do a handstand in five feet of mud.
2. Assisted with the dishes.
3. Assisted with the laundry.
4. Wrote or invented some of the scenes.
5. Brought along their own props and costumes.
6. Brought along an escort who could and did operate a camera, or even played a part.
7. Operated a camera when it was the other model's scene.
8. Tolerated Fred's cooking.
9. Tolerated Fred.

And when Nessie ran out of clean clothing because she hadn't packed enough items in her carry-on bag (because this carry-on wasn't very big, but airlines were now charging extra to check bags...Nessie was trying to save money), Stef lent Nessie a pair of shorts until Fred was able to do some laundry.

Nessie liked Stef very much.

Fred is having entirely too much fun with his models and guests. About time I started work on my own QS studio. Maybe I can have the hybrid natural bog/artificial peat pit usable by the end of this summer. Need to get the downstairs finished, too, so there is a changing area with shower. If I can get the right kind of sand, I have some good ideas for an engineered QS pit. And the obligatory clay pit- the ladies like that one best, or so I'm told. 8-) Maybe by 2020, if we're all still here.

This place is a little like Callahan's Bar, only with way more mud.

I like it here. It's cozy, I feel comfortable.
