Looking for a missing bud of mine...

lost contact with him a while back... though i would give a shout out and see if any one has heard from him.

His screen name on AOL and yahoo was something like QuicksandMuscle or SDmusclebear, he is from OHIO but lived in San Diego last I Knew, his name is Jim....

if any one knows give a shot out to him and tell him his bud from Boston is saying hello....I live in San Diego now myself...
