What does one do to drive up his/her A-Game when it comes to creativity blocks? Asking because the cloudy days have gotten my creativity in a dander.

Rain works good for me.
Wet girls in quicksand = yummy.

I would suggest that first do an honest appraisal of why you have a block. Are you tired? Depressed? Angry? If that is the case then deal with that problem and the creativity will come back.
After the above I suppose the answer might be different depending on the genre within which you wish to create. There might be exercises you could invent. For example, if your genre is writing then have someone name an object and then use that prominently in a story. Or, you might try changing genres. Within writing you could change from, say, western stories to outer space stories. Between genres you might try changing from writing stories to writing scenarios for video scenes. Or from hand drawing to 3D animation.

Right now it's a depressing issue, and I have those cloudy days to blame for it.
