Baseball Trivia

Postby Fred588 » Sat Feb 01, 2020 2:30 am

The World Series in 1918 was won by the Boston Red Sox. Their star pitcher won two of the games, one in a shutout and one giving up just one run. Who was this outstanding pitcher?

Hint: This player started and ended his baseball career in Boston.

I am a bit surprised no one has gotten this one. The Red Sox pitcher was Babe Ruth.
