According to Kenny Everett hinself, in his autobiography "The Custard Stops At Hatfield", the original source of the second quote above was George Harrison.

In fact, after meeting the Maharishi, Harrison never said anything else.

Two funny memorable ones from a short Borderlands 2 film put out by 2k Games when the DLC dropped.

"I HAVE THE SHINIEST MEAT BICYCLE!!!!"

"Tell her she's as gorgeous as a thousand sunsets! Tell her you need her help! Tell her to rescue you, and care for you, and whatever you do, do NOT scream the word 'poop' at the top of your lungs!"
"I AM THE CONDUCTOR OF THE POOP TRAIN!!!!!"

Didn't Sly Stallone say something similar in "Cobra", just before killing the last remaining villain? He hung the man on a hook before sending him into a blast furnace, the villain pleaded for his life , screaming "This is murder!" Sly replied, "No it ain't, it's pest control!"
