The webcam attached to the following URL has absolutely nothing to do with quicksand but its pretty good watching. Its an almost live shot of the Iceland volcano.

That is cool. Following the ifra-red screen on the bottom lets you see the lava that isn't readily visible. I love stuff like that.

Excellent discovery - thank you for sharing the link! The amateur volcanologist in me is fascinated by the awakening of Eyjafjallajökull (after 180 or so years of quiescence) while hoping for the sake of Icelanders and Europeans in general that the monster Katla won't profit from the occasion.
