Inadequate connectivity for rural users has been discussed here a few times. Spacex had an interesting presentation about bringing service to an isolated tribe in Canada during this mornings launch of StarLink Satellites -

Yes, this was part of the broadcast. Spacex is trying to do two a month but weather and other priorities are slowing things down a bit. Launches from the west coast at Vandenberg AFB will resume soon. I'm looking toward when we can broadcast directly from some jungle girl's swamp.
