Safari Girl "Suppertime"
The title is inspired by the eternally infectious work of Alan Menkin and Howard Ashman.

Re: Safari Girl "Suppertime"
Oh, cool! Very nice, AT!
I like how you have the portions of the plant where her hands and feet are stretching out and reacting to her efforts to force the halves back open. The way you have the long trigger hairs of the plant arranged and overlapping, it looks a lot like she's in one of those rooms where the spikes come out of the walls as they begin to close in on a victim. That, or it looks like she's been caged.
I also just noticed she's got more than the two halves of the plant trapping her. Looks like there's a thick tendril inside the plant wrapping around her waist and holding her in place or trying to pull her inside. In that case, is she trying to hook her feet along the edge of the plant to keep from being pulled in further. Kind of like, does she push with all fours to get out, or grab hold with all fours to keep from getting pulled in. You're certainly not making it easy on her, AT.
Oh, yeah, and she looks quite attractive as well, especially in her current situation. Thanks for sharing, AT!

Amazing artwork as always my friend!!! The eyes immediately focus on her of course, but look in the background!!! How smart could it have been for her to wanter into a field of these things??? Silly botanists/jungle adventurers.... "Oooooohh lookit the pwetty plant!!!!! EEEEEEEP!!!!!" As Nachtjaeger said... "Om nom nom nom nom!!!"
