Hi Everybody,

Here's some old Poser stuff I did a long time ago before I started doing animations. I'm putting it up here per a request and thought you folks might enjoy it.

I really like blobs for I look at them as Proactive Quicksand!

You should animate these pics. I absolutely loved Creeping Crud, but I think the digestion take was interesting for this one.

Just change the .txt to .zip and carry on from there, should work fine

Could someone repost it as a working zip file?

If everyone else didn't have a problem with it, then it's logical to assume that it was a working zip file all along.</patronizing>

Unfortunately, it isn't working. The method I've been using is to open it in notepad and save it as a ZIP. This creates a ZIP version of the file, but winace can't extract anything from it (it goes through the extraction process but produces nothing). Simply renaming the file without opening it in a program creates something to the effect of Blob Chase.ZIP.txt (which is still a txt file).

Opening any binary (non-text) file in a text editor and saving it will corrupt and destroy it, no exceptions. Sounds like what you need to do is go into the options in Windows Explorer and turn off "Hide extensions for known file types". Once that's done, you can take a fresh download of this file and change the extension with a file rename operation. Windows might complain when you try to change the extension, but it's alright.

Actually, if you turn off Hide Extensions before you re-download the file, you may be able to type in the correct extension in the Save As box when you re-download it. But there's always Windows Explorer to fall back on if that doesn't work.
