Quicksand Fans

Now that looks tasty.....

Looks vaguely familiar. When I was in high school, a neighbor of the place my dad worked offered him what was described as a "suckllng pig."When it was delivered it was a bit large than that - about 80 or 85 pounds. It was WAY too large for the oven, so we had to scramble and construct a fire pit and rotisserie in the back yard, and cook the thing using wood. We got it done and it came out very well but I'm not sure it was worth the work it took. I do pork using a water bath now.

That poor chicken's back must have been killing her.
