What real heads of state or heads of government have been portrayed on Dr Who (original or modern)? I can think of eight.

Hint: During the Capaldi - Bill year the Pope was portrayed. However, there was no name given so I am not counting that as one of the eight.

OK, since noone was able to add to the list, my list stands at eight. They are James I,Elizabeth I, Victoria, Elizabeth II, Richard Nixon, Barack Obama, Winston Churchill, and Hitler.

I remembered five more; King John of England, Louis XV of France, Nero, Richard Lionheart, and Queen Nefertiti. So, there have been thirteen. More?
