The show was called
Going to Extremeshttps://www.imdb.com/title/tt0103425/ I became an instant fan of Joanna Going. She looked particularly good in period stuff.
I have a much better copy of that scene somewhere. There was also a nice wetlook scene with her in a phone booth IIRC.
